ETL GLOBAL is thrilled to share the ongoing success of its ETL Challenge program, an international internship initiative within the ETL GLOBAL Network. Launched only this year, the ETL Challenge has already united professionals from Spain, the UK and the Netherlands and is rapidly expanding to include more participants and new locations.
Through the ETL Challenge, young professionals are given the opportunity to embark on exchanges for five to seven days, literally diving into the working practices, business culture, and professional networks of their peers in different countries. This immersive experience provides a fresh and distinctive perspective on international business operations within the ETL GLOBAL Network. The primary goal of the ETL Challenge is to cultivate enduring connections among ETL colleagues, extending beyond their home countries to create a global community on all seniority levels that values cooperation and collaboration. The program brings significant benefits for both employees and the companies involved. It plays a pivotal role in talent retention and recruitment, offering professionals a unique opportunity to enhance their skills through international experiences and nurturing relationships among employees and offices across borders.
