ETL GLOBAL is pleased to announce that two longtime German network members, ETL Heuvelmann & van Eyckels in Kleve and Pelka und Sozien GmbH in Cologne, have been recognised in the Handelsblatt ranking of “Best Tax Consultants & Auditors 2025.” Compiled by SWI Finance, the ranking assessed thousands of firms across Germany through a rigorous selection process that examined professional expertise, industry specialisation, and service quality.
The evaluation was based on an extensive survey sent to nearly 30,000 tax advisors and auditors nationwide, with nearly 5,000 firms participating. SWI Finance conducted technical knowledge tests on various tax and financial topics, and only firms scoring at least 70% of the maximum points earned a place on the list. In total, 588 tax consulting firms and 133 audit firms were recognised.
The ranking reflects a market that continues to demand depth of knowledge, practical relevance, and the ability to adapt to new challenges—from regulatory change to digital transformation.
