ETL GLOBAL is proud to highlight Next Generation of Leaders, a country-wide initiative by ETL Prüfung & Beratung designed to promote and strengthen female leadership within ETL Germany, with a focus on the audit organisation. Ongoing since 2024, the programme focuses on supporting women across career levels in their professional development and path into leadership roles.
The initiative is based on a simple principle: talent should be visible and supported, regardless of gender or working model. Next Generation of Leaders offers a dedicated platform to connect women across the group, increase visibility of leadership opportunities, and actively encourage exchange. The programme includes a structured mentoring system, ongoing visibility campaigns, and cooperation with other relevant networks such as the Women’s Networking Lounge, giving participants additional access to knowledge, dialogue, and inspiration.
As part of the mentoring programme, mentors from senior management positions—including many from the management board—are stepping forward to share their expertise and support the next wave of leaders across ETL.
The individual, personal and development-oriented mentoring program accompanies mentees on their way to the next career step and lasts twelve months. The mentors share their valuable experience and at the same time gain new perspectives through the exchange with their mentees. A real added value for everyone involved, including the cross-company networking within the nationwide ETL Prüfung & Beratung Group. The kick-off event took place last week at Zeche Zollverein in Essen.
Among them is Anne-Kathrin Steinröder, Head of the ETL GLOBAL Network, who brings an international perspective to the conversation.
