In 2024, Unija ETL strengthened its position in Serbia by welcoming AccountTronic&Tax d.o.o., a Belgrade-based accounting firm known for its strong client base and professional expertise. This merger enhances Unija’s capabilities in the Serbian capital and provides valuable local market insight.
In early 2025, Unija ETL expanded further in Serbia through the merger with Klaris NS d.o.o., a firm based in Novi Sad. The integration brings additional regional strength and access to a skilled pool of professionals in northern Serbia.
In March 2025, Unija deepened its presence in Croatia through the acquisition of MKD-BIRO d.o.o., a respected firm headquartered in Zagreb. This move supports Unija’s ongoing strategy of reinforcing its operations and services across the Croatian market.
At the same time, Unija finalised the acquisition of Unija Sibit d.o.o. in Slovenia, further strengthening its operations in the country. Unija Sibit specialises in IT solutions, offering services in IT security, support, and project implementation for businesses.
