– ETL Bodensee Group was founded in 1980 as a classic tax advisory firm. Over the years it has developed to what it is today: On the one hand, a regionally rooted interdisciplinary medium-sized consulting firm with approximately 100 employees at four locations around Lake Constance, on the other hand, thanks to ETL GLOBAL, an internationally well cross-linked company.
The scope of services offered by ETL Bodensee includes traditional tax consultancy, as well as management consultancy, M&A, legal advice and auditing. Moreover, since 2019, ETL Bodensee also has an IT service company.
– Hartung Consulting is an expanding and supra-regionally active tax consulting firm based in Düsseldorf. With an experienced, competent core team consisting of 50 employees, they serve national and international companies of various legal forms as well as natural persons.
For Asian clients, Hartung Consulting maintains a China Desk and a Japan Desk as well as a Turkish Desk, each with native-speaker advice and support. For US citizens as well as for German-based subsidiaries and branches of American groups, Hartung Consulting provides all services through a US Desk with a direct connection to the USA.
