On February 7th, 2019 the winners of the competition for the Czech Tax Advisor of the Year 2018 were formally announced. For the 9th time the best tax specialists and personalities from the commercial and state taxes area were awarded in the competition organized by Wolters Kluwer Czech Republic.
The awards were celebrated in a festive gala evening at the Hotel International in Prague with the participation of most nominated candidates and a number of prominent personalities. The three most friendly Czech tax offices, which were elected by the general public, were also awarded and received their prize from the hands of Treasury Secretary Mrs. Alena Schillerová.
ETL Global was one of the proud partners of the competition, acting as a sponsor for a new category – the largest consultancy companies in the Czech Republic in 2018. This category is based on the ranking of the largest consulting firms based on monitored indicators.
As stated by Robert Jurka, representing ETL Global in the ceremony, the aim is to bring the Czech Republic closer to countries where similar rankings are a tradition.
KODAP, the biggest ETL Global member firm in the Czech Republic was ranked on place 11 (number of employees) and place 14 (revenues) among the largest consulting firms of the country. Moreover, we are proud to announce that our colleague Mr. Matěj Nešleha from KODAP Jihlava was awarded place 3 among the Young Tax Hopes 2018.
