ETL GLOBAL is proud to announce that ETL Italia, the joint venture between ETL GLOBAL and NexumStp, has completed its first investment operation in Italy with the acquisition of a majority stake in Studio Adriano & Partners. This significant step represents the beginning of a strategic growth initiative for ETL GLOBAL in the Italian market.
The acquisition marks a milestone in the partnership between ETL GLOBAL and NexumStp, which was only announced in mid-2024. ETL Italia aims to develop a robust presence in Italy by uniting local expertise with the global resources and innovative strategies of ETL GLOBAL. Studio Adriano & Partners, a Piedmont-based firm renowned for its expertise in accounting, tax, and business consultancy, will retain its founding partners, Luciana and Enza Adriano, who will continue to lead the firm’s operations in Alba.
The operation was led by Massimo Nardini, Managing Partner of NexumStp and Chairman of ETL Italia, alongside Johannes Struckmeier, Chief Investment Officer of ETL GLOBAL. Commenting on the achievement, Nardini stated, “We are very satisfied with this operation, which represents the first concrete step of the ambitious development strategy of ETL Italia, developed in recent months with ETL GLOBAL. We believe that the acquisition of the majority stake in Studio Adriano & Partners will bring new important results in 2025.”
Struckmeier echoed this sentiment, highlighting the success of the joint venture: “The joint venture started with NexumStp is already bringing the first results in the Italian consulting market. We are proud of this first milestone and strongly motivated to continue the growth path in Italy.”
