ETL Group Shines in FOCUS MONEY’s “Top Tax Consultancy Firms 2024”
This year, 52 German ETL firms have been recognised as “Top Tax Consultancy Firms” by FOCUS MONEY magazine. This prestigious acknowledgment includes notable ETL GLOBAL network members such as ETL ADVISA Köln and ETL Heuvelmann & van Eyckels.
For 19 editions, FOCUS MONEY has highlighted Germany’s top tax consultants. This year, more than 10,000 firms participated in the evaluation, with ETL Group excelling across all firm size categories. The assessment focused on professional expertise, performance metrics, qualifications, continuous education, specialisation, industry knowledge, client support in business management, and the use of digital tools.

ETL Auditors Maintain 13th Position in Lünendonk’s “Leading Auditing and Tax Consulting Firms in Germany”
ETL Prüfung & Beratung (ETL Audit & Advisory), member of ETL GLOBAL and part of the German ETL Group, continues among the Top 15 “Leading Audit and Tax Consultancy Firms in Germany” according to the 2024 Lünendonk study.
In the 2023 financial year, ETL Prüfung & Beratung achieved significant milestones, including an impressive organic growth rate of 13.1% and sales reaching 74.5 million EUR. This remarkable performance has secured them the 13th spot in the Lünendonk list, which ranks the top 25 leading auditing firms in Germany by domestic sales.
“We have already reached a number of milestones in the implementation of our one-firm strategy,” says Christoph Tönsgerlemann, Chairman of the Board of ETL Prüfung & Beratung. “We feel well prepared to grow inorganically in the coming years by adding new locations. We want to use the enormous opportunities that arise for well-positioned professional service firms together with our existing and new partners.”
