There are also some brilliant international initiatives within the ETL GLOBAL network that have brought and continue to bring colleagues from different countries together. Only this past month, two new exchanges took place through the ETL Challenge, an international internship programme that fosters collaboration and shared learning. Sam Garrett from Glaisyers in the UK spent a week with Pelka in Germany, while Jennifer Wammes and Jenny Verbeet from Konings Maters Accountants & Adviseurs in the Netherlands gained valuable experience at NexumStp in Italy.
Likewise, the ETL Future Stars contest continues to develop future talent by encouraging participants to work on global projects across jurisdictions. The second edition of the event is already in preparation and will take place in 2025, building on the success of its inaugural year.
