ETL Netherlands have once again updated their summary on the various measures Dutch government is taking to support business continuity. In addition, they have prepared template letters to the tax authorities in MS Word format regarding postponement of tax payments for entrepreneurs, depending on their legal form, be it:
- Legal entities
- Partnerships or
- Individual entrepreneurs
All of the above documents are in Dutch language and available for download from the ETL Netherlands homepage.
KODAP Group, ETL Global member in the Czech Republic has prepared an English version of the pandemic information section on their homepage.
There is now to be found plenty of information in English language regarding income tax, VAT, Insurance, Government support measures as well as Legal matters in connection with the Corona crisis as well as the contact data of a dedicated crisis team available for individual requests.
Looking back 10 days, EJASO ETL Global’s partner Joana Miranda Gancho in Lisbon gave some general thoughts in English language on the employment situation in Portugal during the present crisis in the professional magazine Iberian Lawyer. Although it does not cover any latest / up-to-date / breaking news, it may be worthwhile reading and reflecting.
