Real Estate in France 2024

The property sector in France has faced significant challenges over the past year, with rising commodity prices, increasing interest rates, and a decline in new construction projects. Despite these hurdles, small businesses (VSE and SME) in the sector have shown remarkable resilience. This study conducted by Cercle Perspectives in collaboration with ETL GLOBAL Member In Extenso and 18 other leading accounting firms in France, delves into the employment trends and adaptive strategies of these businesses.

In this comprehensive report, they analyse data from 11,000 small businesses across the real estate, construction, notary, and architecture sectors. The study reveals critical insights into how these companies are managing job turnover, reallocating resources, and pivoting towards more sustainable business practices such as renovation projects.

Read the full study in English or French to explore how small businesses in the property sector are navigating these challenges and what this means for the future of the industry.
