ETL GLOBAL is proud to announce a new collaboration of its Spanish arm with the UPF Barcelona School of Management (UPF-BSM) to support executive education and leadership development. As part of this partnership, 15 ETL GLOBAL professionals will participate in the Comprehensive Management Development Program for Professional Firms / Programa Integral de Desarrollo Directivo para Despachos Profesionales, taking place from 19 February to 24 April. This programme is designed to help partners, executives, and future leaders develop strategic thinking, financial and project management skills, data analysis expertise, and leadership capabilities to drive business success.
Juan Bermúdez, CEO of ETL GLOBAL Spain, highlighted the importance of continuous learning, adding, “We believe that investing in education is key to the development of our leaders. This partnership with UPF-BSM will equip our professionals with the skills and knowledge they need to keep growing and improving.”
Beyond this initiative, ETL GLOBAL Members continue to strengthen the link between education and professional practice:
- In Spain, EJASO recently took part in an event at the University of Navarra, engaging with students and identifying top candidates for master’s program internships. The firm also delivered a session at the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) as part of the Master in High Specialisation in Law of Regulated Economic Sectors, focusing on competition and energy law.
- In Poland, MDDP has partnered with Kozminski University to support ACCA-accredited finance and accounting studies, giving students a head start in obtaining their qualifications. Meanwhile, BSJP’s Grzegorz Wąsiewski continues his lecture series on energy law at Kozminski University, providing students with valuable expertise on regulatory frameworks.
- The German audit organisation ETL Prüfung & Beratung recently delivered a lecture at Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences (HfWU) on ESG challenges and opportunities and regularly collaborates with Heinrich Heine University to offer business students insights into auditing and data analysis. Additionally, ETL Consit, also part of ETL Prüfung & Beratung, participated in the Talent Transfair Job Fair at Kiel University, connecting with students and presenting career opportunities at ETL.
